Before we begin

Wondering about ADHD, autism, or both? This is one assessment that covers all three — it adapts to your answers as you go, and tells you which way they lean at the end.

This self-assessment explores patterns related to ADHD, Autism, and their overlap (AuDHD) — the community term for being both autistic and having ADHD, traits that often mask and interact with each other. It is designed as a tool for self-understanding, not as a replacement for professional evaluation. It's completely free, with no email or account required — everything runs privately in your browser.

How your data is handled:

Your responses are processed entirely on your device. Nothing is sent to any server unless you choose to email your results or opt in to anonymous research at the end. So you can pause and resume, your answers are saved on this device only — for 7 days if you don't finish, or 90 days once you do — then deleted automatically. You can clear them yourself at any point.

At the end, your free results include an optional, personalized guide you can open if it's useful — so it's not a surprise. Nothing on the results page is gated.

This tool is for personal insight only. It is not a medical diagnosis. Results should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional experienced in adult neurodivergence.

Takes about 15-25 minutes. You can pause and return anytime.
