Why it works
ADHD impulse control makes distraction very difficult to resist once you've noticed the option. Removing the option entirely is more effective than trying to override the impulse. Freedom does that.
Worth knowing
You'll find workarounds if you're determined enough. Works best when you've already decided you want to focus, not when you're in active resistance to it.
