What we sell

Two digital products, each a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and nothing to cancel later.

• Your AuDHD Action Plan — $24 USD. A personalized PDF action plan generated from your self-assessment results, plus the full plan on the report page. It is built in your browser from answers you already gave, so it requires a completed assessment on the same device.
• The OddlyWired Planner — $12 USD. A 55-page undated printable planner as a PDF, in both US Letter and A4 sizes. A free 12-page starter kit is available on the planner page with no purchase and no email required.

All prices are shown and charged in USD. Your bank may add a currency conversion fee if you hold your account in another currency — that fee is set by them, not by us.

Delivery & fulfillment

Both products are delivered digitally and immediately. Nothing is shipped, so there are no delivery charges, destination restrictions, or wait times.

When your payment completes, Stripe returns you to the product page and it unlocks straight away — the planner as a PDF download in both paper sizes, the report as the full plan on screen plus a downloadable PDF. The link in your Stripe receipt email restores access on any other device, or after clearing your browser data, for 30 days from purchase.

The files themselves are yours permanently — save them once and print them forever. The 30-day limit applies only to the download link, because that link works for anyone who has it. If it expires before you have saved a copy, email us and we will send the files straight over at no charge.

If a download does not work for any reason, email us at hello@oddlywired.com and we will send the files to you directly. You will not be asked to prove anything beyond the email address or receipt from your order.

Refunds

Refunds on request, no questions asked. Email hello@oddlywired.com from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your Stripe receipt, and say you would like a refund. You do not need to give a reason, return anything, or delete the files.

We aim to reply within 2 business days and to issue the refund at the same time. Refunds go back to the original payment method — that is a Stripe rule we cannot work around — and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Refunds are available for 60 days from purchase. If a product was not what you needed, we would rather refund you than keep the money — and if you are outside that window and something has genuinely gone wrong, email us anyway and we will look at it.

If something has gone wrong with a payment, please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can almost always resolve it faster, and a dispute locks the funds for both of us while it is investigated.

If the price is the barrier rather than the product, you do not need a refund — email us and we will send you the product free, no questions asked and no proof required. If you would like to give something back, telling someone who might need it about the site — a friend, or a community you are part of — genuinely helps. It is an offer, never a condition.

Discount codes

We sometimes issue discount codes, which you enter on the Stripe checkout page. Unless the offer says otherwise: one code per order, codes cannot be combined, they apply only to the product they were issued for, and they have no cash value. A code cannot be applied retroactively to an order already placed, but the refund policy above still applies in full.

We may withdraw or expire a code at any time. Any expiry date or restriction will be stated wherever the code is given out.

How you may use it

Both products are licensed for your personal use, forever. Print the planner as many times as you like, on as many devices as you own, for as long as you want it. There is no expiry and no seat limit for personal use.

Please do not resell the files, redistribute them publicly, or pass the PDFs around — share the page instead, so people can get their own copy and the free starter kit. For classroom, clinical, or team use across multiple people, email us and we will sort something out.

Not a medical service

The assessment, the report, and the planner are self-reflection and organizational tools. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure anything, they are not a clinical assessment, and using them does not create a clinical relationship. Nothing here is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line.

Email hello@oddlywired.com for anything at all — refunds, download problems, questions before buying, accessibility issues, or to tell us something on the site is wrong. A real person reads it, and we aim to reply within 2 business days.

General terms

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. How we handle the little data we do touch is set out in our Privacy Policy.

The free parts of this site are provided as they are, and we may change or remove them. If you have bought a product, you keep it — changes to these terms apply to future purchases, not past ones. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
